Trigpoint Partners brings sharp thinking and clear analysis to investment decisions, advisory work, and complex transactions. We’re a focused team of experienced partners – hands-on, precise, and commercially driven. Less about formality, more about delivering insight that leads to confident, successful outcomes.
Three Partners with over 40 years’ experience providing specialist and bespoke corporate finance advice to businesses, families and iwi who value accurate, timely and practical insights to assist with critical investment decisions.
We provide independent advice on value, capital structure and strategy for business owners, boards, and investors. Our work spans financial modelling, valuation and capital structure optimisation to support complex and high-impact decisions.
We advise on mid-market transactions including full and partial business sales, capital raises, mergers, divestments and strategic partnerships. Our approach is grounded in preparation, technical accuracy and clear communication. We combine in-market relationships with hands-on execution to help clients navigate complexity, manage risk and deliver well-structured outcomes.
We invest our own capital - alongside aligned investors - into privately held businesses with growth potential and strong leadership. Our capital is flexible and patient, supporting growth, succession and ownership transitions. We take an active role where needed, working with management and boards to support strategy, governance and long-term value creation.
